Was Ihr Haus mitbringen mussWhat your organisation needs to bring
Onboarding takes one day. It succeeds on that day only if four things are in place beforehand.
A named rulebook. Which actions may run without approval and which may not has to be decided. AXYON enforces that decision, it does not make it.
Named approvers, with deputies. A four-eyes principle whose second pair of eyes is on holiday is not one.
Für die Appliance ein Identity Provider über OIDC, in der Regel Entra ID oder Keycloak. Die macOS-Ausführung braucht das nicht. For the appliance, an identity provider over OIDC, usually Entra ID or Keycloak. The macOS edition does not need this.
And an honest list of the agents actually running in your house. Not the ones that were approved. In our experience this is the most uncomfortable of the four preparations, and the one that decides how much AXYON is worth to you.
On the onboarding day we need someone from operations and someone authorised to decide on the rules. Without the second person the day becomes an installation rather than a commissioning.
If one of these four is not yet in place, that is not a disqualifier — it is the assignment that comes first. We accompany that preparation: the rulebook is built in Control Studio, the honest list of agents is exactly what GARION captures as an AI inventory, and on approval paths, deputy rules and the connection to your identity provider we work alongside your team. This is consulting before the rollout, not operations: afterwards AXYON runs in your house, without us. Talk to us before you schedule the onboarding day.
Einmal kaufen. Dauerhaft nutzen.Buy once. Use permanently.
It compares to the alternative: designing, building, operating and defending your own control layer in front of an auditor. AXYON is a purchase license — no subscription, no fee per AI action, no cloud dependency. The price follows reach, not feature scope: every edition ships with the full governance core.

Why we recommend it: Liability does not attach per workstation — it attaches per environment. Only the appliance governs every agent operating in your systems, regardless of who launches it.
